About Kai Clifford
I'm Kai Clifford — a Subconscious Architect and Advanced Nervous System Specialist.
But before any of that, I was the woman who couldn't hit record.
Severe social anxiety. A terror of being seen and judged that lived in my body, not my mind. Bullying I carried for years. Chronic illness I was told I'd manage for the rest of my life. And eventually a burnout that took me offline completely, for over a year.
I healed all of it myself — the mental health struggles, the chronic illness in my body, the fear that kept me hidden. Not by pushing through, not by thinking more positively, but by learning to work with the parts of me that were resisting, protecting, and speaking through my body. My turning point came through training in a spiritual form of EFT with my teacher Sonya Sophia — and almost immediately, I found I had the knack for it. I could change lives. I could help the body heal. And I've spent the decades since honing that craft into mastery — sixteen years of clinical practice and over ten thousand hours of guided inner work, learned in the real world, one person at a time.
I'm not a basic mindset coach, because true subconscious change must be done through the body. And even though my sessions can be like therapy, what I do is much deeper. I speak the language of manifestation fluently — because I lived inside of it for years. This helped me find the mechanism within that opens your system up magnetically to raise your energy levels so you embody a sense of ease and opportunities flow in easily.
You don't have to become someone else first. You say yes to who you already are by accepting and connecting with all of you — then your resistance wall drops, old patterns shift, and life reorganizes positively around you.
